Sharon Carlson

Sharon Carlson is an experienced leader in organizational readiness and process improvement, currently serving as Associate Director at UnitedHealth Group since June 2012. In this role, Sharon collaborates with project teams to implement new procedures, successfully leading a customer service migration that encompassed 200 agents across multiple service functions. Previous experience includes a position as Business Process Consultant, where Sharon engaged with health plan CEOs to enhance Medicare/Medicaid beneficiary experiences through data analysis and solution development. Prior to UnitedHealth Group, Sharon held the role of Continuous Improvement Manager at Medtronic, where leadership in DMAIC projects led to significant fiscal savings and employee training. Sharon's career began at YWCA of Minneapolis as Human Resources Manager, focusing on compliance and employee development.
