Jon Paradiso is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Unity Plus since July 2024, Jon has previously held positions such as Head of Finance and Head of Controllership at Jobandtalent, Vice President of Controllership at CoverWallet, and Controller at both The Drone Racing League and Newsweek. Earlier career milestones include serving as Partner & CFO at Siberia and various controllership roles at Indeed.com, Vertrue Inc., and Adaptive Marketing. Jon's educational background includes an MBA in Finance & Information Systems and a BS in Accounting from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, as well as an earlier degree from Pomona College and attendance at Regis High School.
