Claire Prescott is an experienced professional in customer service and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Service at Unitywater since December 2011. In this role, Claire has also taken on responsibilities as the Customer Contact Centre Manager and Product Owner for the Intelligent Data Platform Project, focusing on maximizing business value and agile delivery.
