Zoe Penman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner & Projects Lead at Unitywater since January 2022, Zoe oversees the HR Business Partnering team and implements effective people practices aligned with corporate objectives. As the Human Resources Director at Penman HR, Zoe provides expert support for businesses undergoing people transformation. Previously, Zoe held significant positions at KPMG Australia, including Director of Strategy & Planning, where responsibility encompassed the integration of people and culture strategy. Additionally, Zoe has a strong background in career consulting and project management, with foundational experience in HR roles within the UK. Zoe Penman holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Italian from the University of Reading.
