Stephanie Arrington

Stephanie Arrington is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, customer success, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Program Management at Universal Service Administrative Co. since July 2020, Stephanie has also held various roles there, including Associate Manager and Senior Program Analyst. In addition to this role, Stephanie founded Petey and Furends, a nonprofit animal rescue organization focused on successful adoptions through research-based practices. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Customer Success at Commonwealth Joe Coffee Roasters, where Stephanie managed a significant customer base and developed onboarding processes. Additionally, Stephanie contributed to Lucky Dog Animal Rescue as Program Manager, overseeing volunteer coordination and fundraising efforts. Early career experience includes assistant coordination in education for CARE to Stop Violence, addressing important community issues. Stephanie holds a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Maryland.
