Rudolph Tory Howard

Rudolph Tory Howard is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Lead System Administrator at Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. since February 2012, Rudolph is responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and recovery procedures for mission-critical enterprise systems, managing a fully virtualized VMware infrastructure. Previous roles include System Administrator and Jr. Systems Administrator, where responsibilities involved creating and maintaining virtual servers and providing IT support. Earlier experience includes working as a Field Systems Technician at High Tech Innovations and a Grocery Manager at Pathmark Stores INC, where Rudolph developed team concepts and improved sales. Rudolph holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University and a diploma in Computer Networking and Security from Anthem Institute.
