Becka Robertson

Becka Robertson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as System Administrator III at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. since January 2020, Becka previously held the position of System Administrator II at MORI Associates from July 2018 to December 2019. Prior to this, Becka worked at NASA as a Field Service Technician from September 2013 to July 2018, where responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware and software issues at the Johnson Space Center and providing remote support. Earlier experience includes a role as ACES HPES Queue Manager at Metters Incorporated in 2016 and Service Request Support Technician at NASA. Becka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an Associate's degree from San Jacinto College.
