Patricio Jarpa

Patricio Jarpa is an experienced educator in the field of dentistry, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga since September 2015 and holding a dual role as a CLIL Teacher at Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia since February 2011, focusing on Oral Pathology, Foundations of Dental Practice, and Community Health. Previously, Patricio was a Full Professor of Histology and served as the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Universidad de los Andes (VE) from January 1985 to June 2010. Patricio began a professional career as a dentist in the private sector from August 1982 to January 1985. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Oral Sciences from the University of Iowa (1994-1997) and a degree in Odontology from Universidad de los Andes (VE) (1978-1982).
