Adrian Penate-Sanchez

Adrian Penate-Sanchez is a Departamental Lecturer, Beatriz Galindo Lecturer, and Part-time Lecturer at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria since September 2019. Previously, Adrian served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at both the University of Oxford and University College London from March 2018 to June 2019 and November 2015 to March 2018, respectively. Prior experience includes a PhD candidacy at IRI - Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial, CSIC-UPC from 2011 to 2015, and research internships at Toshiba Research Europe Limited and Idiap Research Institute in 2014 and 2012, respectively. Adrian holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in computer vision, robotics, and machine learning from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
