Lina Lay is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition and education, currently serving as a member of the faculty at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá since March 2017. With a solid background in nutritional consultation, Lina held positions with organizations such as FAO and UNICEF Latin America and Caribbean, where expertise was applied to indigenous communities and emergency nutrition situations.
