Ana Sampaio

Ana Sampaio is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational management with over two decades of experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Universidade Católica Portuguesa since 2019, Ana previously held the position of Managing Director at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where responsibilities included strategic planning and HR management. Prior roles also include Managing Director at Turismo de Portugal, Chief of Staff for the Portuguese Government Secretary of State for Budget, and positions at Nova School of Business and Economics and Arthur D. Little. Ana holds an MBA from Nova School of Business and Economics, an Executive Education degree in Strategic Communication from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, and an engineering degree from Instituto Superior Técnico.
