Wellington Nobrega

Wellington Nobrega is a distinguished academic and researcher with extensive experience in economics. Currently serving as a Professor Adjunto at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco since October 2024, Wellington previously held roles as an Assistente de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento at Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada (Ipea) from December 2021 to September 2024, and as a Cientista de Dados Economista at 4intelligence from May 2021 to September 2024. Prior academic experience includes a position as a University Professor at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco from September 2019 to August 2021, teaching subjects such as Econometrics and Monetary Economics. Wellington holds a Doctorate in Economics from Universidade Federal da Paraíba and has completed both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Economics.
