Florence Lecoutre

Florence Lecoutre currently serves as a Member of the Board of Management and Chief Officer of Sustainability, HR, Data, and Compliance at Allianz Trade, a position held since September 2020. In this role, Florence is responsible for defining and implementing the sustainability strategy and driving the company towards innovative services aligned with decarbonization goals. Additionally, Florence oversees human resources initiatives aimed at employee development, lifelong learning, and workplace diversity. With a strong background in data science, Florence has launched multiple machine learning models to enhance Allianz Trade’s global transformation. Florence also contributes to academia as a Faculty Lecturer at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Previous roles include Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Euler Hermes and Chief Information Officer across various branches of Euler Hermes. Florence holds an International Business Management Executive Program degree from Georgetown University and completed a recent sustainability program at IMD, along with a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from INSA Lyon.
