Kim Hearn-Vance

Kim Hearn-Vance, MSSA, LISW-S, currently serves as the Community Outreach Advocate Coordinator for the Emergency Psychiatric Assessment Team (EPAT) at University Hospitals since 2023. Prior to this role, Kim held several positions at Lake Health from 2007 to 2023, including Clinical Supervisor of Behavioral Health Services and Behavioral Health Social Worker in the Emergency Department. Kim's career also includes experience as a Psychiatric Social Worker in the Child and Adolescent Unit at Cleveland Clinic from 2006 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Ursuline College.
