Jason Alford

Jason Alford is an experienced change management professional currently serving as Change Lead at the University of Adelaide since December 2022. In addition, Jason plays a pivotal role as a Committee Member for Adelaide Connected, co-organising the premier annual event for member-based associations since 2017. Jason has held multiple leadership positions, including Chair of the Board at ChangeConnect, and has been a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society since November 2018. Previous roles include Change Manager Transformation at Pernod Ricard Winemakers and Senior Change Manager at Discovery Holiday Parks, with earlier positions at the University of Adelaide and University of South Australia as a Change Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Business Analyst.
