Denton Lunceford

Denton Lunceford serves as the Assistant Vice President of Planning Design & Construction at the University of Alabama at Birmingham since January 2016, previously holding the title of Director of Planning, Design & Construction. Prior to UAB, Denton was a Senior Project Manager at Hoar Program Management from December 2012 to December 2015, focusing on overseeing construction processes as an Owner's representative. Denton also owned The Lunceford Group, LLC, from 2005 to 2012, specializing in commercial and residential construction and renovations. Earlier experience includes working as an Estimator/Project Manager at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, from 2000 to 2004. Denton holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University.
