Wesley Zech

Wesley Zech is a seasoned academic and professional in the field of construction engineering management, currently serving as a Professor and Director of Construction Engineering Management at the University of Alabama at Birmingham since January 2019. Prior to this role, Wesley held various positions at Auburn University from January 2004 to December 2018, including the title of Brasfield and Gorrie Professor of Construction Engineering and Management, as well as Associate and Assistant Professor. Wesley began the academic journey as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo from May 2000 to January 2004. Academically, Wesley Zech earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering, along with a Master of Engineering (M.E.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
