Brian Keltch

Brian Keltch currently serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Information Officer at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock since March 2016, where responsibilities include leading the deployment and support of enterprise applications. With prior extensive experience at Northrop Grumman from 1986 to 2016, Brian held various roles including Program Manager, Senior Manager, and Director of Planning and Analysis, overseeing technology projects and software development. Brian holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Integrated Computing/Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering/SW Engineering from Southern Methodist University, and a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Cincinnati.
