Leah Ford

Leah Ford currently serves as the Director of the Trojan Transition and Assistance Center at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a position held since July 2020, providing leadership in student orientation and support services. Prior to this role, Leah held various positions including Assistant Director and Information Services Coordinator at the University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College, where responsibilities included academic advising and supporting student success. Earlier experience includes serving as the Student Organization Program Coordinator at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the Housing Director and Program Coordinator at the University of South Carolina. Leah holds a Master’s Degree in College Student Personnel and a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Studies, both from Arkansas Tech University.
