Ashley Ingram

Ashley Ingram, CPTD, currently serves as the HR Director for Talent Development & Management and Employee Engagement & Experience at the University of Arkansas since February 2021, following a role as Director of Talent Development. Previous experience includes positions as Learning and Development Consultant at Sotheby's and Training and Development Manager at Transplace, where responsibilities encompassed designing training programs, managing talent development initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement across global workforces. Ashley holds a Doctor of Education in Human Resources Development from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Education in Training and Development from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology concentrating in Human Resource Management and Counseling from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.
