Myrlinda Soedjede

Myrlinda Soedjede is an experienced professional in human resources and fiscal project management, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources Operational and Fiscal Projects at the University of Arkansas since August 2023. Previously, Myrlinda worked at The IDEALS Institute as a Fiscal Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing a nearly $1 million budget and producing financial reports. Prior roles at the University of Arkansas included Research Project Analyst/HEI Program Coordinator and Administrative Specialist, with a focus on administrative support, budget tracking, and process improvement.
