Victor Ediagbonya

Victor Ediagbonya, LLB, LLM, BL, MCIArb, FHEA, PhD, is a dedicated legal academic and practitioner currently serving as a Lecturer in Law at the University of Brighton since August 2022. With extensive experience in both legal practice and academia, Victor has provided legal advice and drafted documents for clients at Ediagbonya & Ediagbonya since December 2015. Prior roles in academia include positions at the University of Essex, encompassing lectureship and graduate teaching assistantship from October 2018 to August 2022. Victor's educational credentials include a PhD in Banking Law and Corporate Governance from the University of Essex, an LLM in Professional Legal Practice from BPP University, and a comprehensive background in law from esteemed institutions including Birkbeck, University of London and the Nigerian Law School.
