Pete Howard

Pete Howard serves as the Student Innovation Lead at the UC Centre for Entrepreneurship, focusing on activating students' entrepreneurial mindsets and supporting impactful ventures since June 2020. With a strong academic background in Industrial Product Design and Commerce, majoring in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, Pete also plays a vital role as a committee member for the Canterbury Momentum Investment Committee, providing guidance to student-led ventures. As Chairperson of COGS since March 2020 and a previous CEO of Entré, the student entrepreneurship society, Pete has demonstrated a commitment to fostering entrepreneurial skills among students. Additional experience includes serving as a Trustee and Community Development Manager for Love Kawatiri, Vice President of ProdSoc, and functioning as a Community Development Facilitator at Buller REAP, showcasing a broad range of leadership and community support roles.
