Dr. Melissa Patton

Dr. Melissa Patton is an accomplished leader in operational excellence and education, currently serving as Managing Partner at Patton Consulting Group, specializing in Fractional COO services since December 2007. Dr. Patton holds roles as a Dean's Advisory Board Member at the University of Central Florida, Inspire Pillar Lead for Space Workforce 2030, and Vice President of Education at Space Foundation. Previously, Dr. Patton was Chief Operating Officer at Victory Holdings and Development Company, LLC, where significant scaling of educational products occurred. With extensive experience in academia, Dr. Patton has held faculty positions at various institutions including Des Moines Area Community College and Eastern Florida State College, where innovative programs and mentorship initiatives were developed. Dr. Patton earned an EdD in Higher Education Leadership and Organizational Change from Benedictine University and has a strong background in counseling psychology and English/Creative Writing from Concordia University Chicago and Drake University respectively.
