Holly Heilman

Holly Heilman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research operations and program management. Currently serving as Research Operations Manager at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus since December 2010, Holly contributes to the Department of Biomedical Informatics and has held the role of Grants and Contracts Specialist within the Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism & Diabetes. Responsibilities include assisting research faculty with grants and contracts, as well as managing all aspects of sponsored project activity. Holly has also coordinated fellowship programs in the same division and has experience as a Conference Registration Coordinator for the Kern Lipid Conference, managing registration for 150 attendees. Previous positions include Land Services Project Coordinator at James C. Karo Associates and various roles at Stephen K. Johnson, P.A. and AJ’s by Design. Holly holds a Manager Certification from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism from the University of Florida.
