Gladson Baby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in intelligent automation, AI-ML, and system integration. Currently serving as Vice President & Director of Intelligent Automation/AI-ML & System Integration at Fifth Third Bank, Gladson also holds a position as a Strategic AI Advisory Member at the University of Colorado. Previous roles include Head of Intelligent Automation at Cognizant, where responsibilities spanned across retail, consumer goods, travel, and hospitality sectors, as well as Sr. Delivery & Client Partner and Program Director. Gladson has further expertise as a Sr. Solution Architect at American Family Insurance and a Senior Software Specialist at IGATE. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management and Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
