Jasna Jankovic

Jasna Jankovic is an accomplished Associate Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Connecticut, with a research focus on materials for clean energy, including fuel cells and batteries, as well as advanced microscopy and material characterization techniques. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Research Scientist at the Automotive Fuel Cell Cooperation Corporation, specializing in materials characterization and microstructure visualization. Jasna's academic background includes a PhD and Master's from the University of British Columbia, where research concentrated on intermediate temperature fuel cells and process simulation. Additional research experience was gained at the National Research Council and earlier professional work as a Process Engineer at NIS-Petroleum Refinery Pancevo, complemented by independent consultancy in engineering.
