Sierra Johnson is a dedicated professional with a robust background in health equity and community engagement. Currently serving as a Health Equity Graduate Student Assistant at the University of Dayton, Sierra previously held positions as Community Team Lead and Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist at ViaQuest, Inc., and as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Hopebridge. Sierra's experience at the University of Dayton spans various roles, including Student Leadership Ambassador and Research Assistant at the Women's Center, where Sierra contributed to initiatives supporting historically marginalized STEM students. Additionally, Sierra has engaged in human rights advocacy through a student intern role at the Human Rights Center, while also gaining customer service experience at Walmart and in dining services.
