D. Forrest Brumbaugh

Mr. D. Forrest Brumbaugh is a retired partner from the international law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright in their Dallas office. He represented large institutional investors, including state pension plans and university endowments, in connection with their private equity, alternative, and other investment programs. Brumbaugh also represented both public and private companies in securities offerings and compliance matters, as well as in connection with mergers and acquisitions.

Brumbaugh graduated from the University of Evansville with a degree in political science, and he received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Virginia.
