Christian Carter Fcipd

Christian Carter FCIPD is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and employee wellbeing, currently serving as the Head of Colleague Health & Wellbeing at the University of Exeter since September 2014. Previous roles include Head of Organisational Development and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the same institution, where significant contributions were made towards strategic HR initiatives and the development of inclusive environments. Additionally, Christian is a Vice Chair and Board Trustee at the Bristol Law Centre, where expertise in human resources is utilized to support a charity providing free legal advice. Previous experience spans various roles across academia and public service, including Deputy Director of Human Resources at the Environment Agency and co-founding Positive People. Christian holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and has been involved in teaching and training throughout a diverse career that emphasizes employee wellbeing and organizational effectiveness.
