Ilke Inceoglu

Ilke Inceoglu is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour and HR Management at the University of Exeter since October 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Reader and Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the University of Surrey, along with a role as Associate Dean (Research) in the Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences. Inceoglu's earlier experience features positions as Managing Scientist and Senior Research Psychologist at SHL Group, and Associate Consultant at Aston Organisation Development. Academic credentials include a PhD (magna cum laude) in Organizational Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, an M.Phil. in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, and an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of St Andrews.
