As the founder of The nextep since November 2008, Vindou Duc collaborates with organizations to enhance team effectiveness and empower individual authenticity in the workplace. Notable roles include Vice President of Global People & Culture at Bumble Inc., focusing on cultural transformation and psychological safety, and DAS Philanthropy - HR Module Chair at the University of Geneva.
