Olusegun Fadare

Olusegun Fadare, PhD, currently serves as a Lecturer at the University of Greenwich since November 2024. Previously, Fadare held the position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Natural Resources Institute from October 2023 to October 2024 and worked as an Associate Lecturer/Researcher at the University of Reading from October 2022 to September 2023. Fadare's extensive experience includes a role as a Research Analyst at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) from June 2014 to May 2020, where responsibilities included supporting senior researchers and conducting capacity-building initiatives for policy researchers. Earlier roles included serving as a Senior Research Assistant focused on data collection and literature review and as a Business Developer at Fadagro Nig. Ltd in the agro-allied sector. Fadare's academic background includes a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Reading (2018-2023), an MSc in Agricultural Economics from the same institution (2012-2013), and a Bachelor of Agriculture in Agricultural Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University (2004-2009).
