Brooke Gregoire

Brooke Gregoire is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Manager of Hospitality Services at the University of Guelph since September 2022. Brooke co-founded Elle Leadership in March 2017, fostering leadership among women. Previous roles include Catering Manager at the University of Toronto, Restaurant & Event Technician at Centennial College, and various management positions at Chase Hospitality Group and Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants, where key responsibilities encompassed team leadership, event management, and operational oversight. Brooke's educational background includes a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Toronto, along with several certificates in User Experience Design and Digital Marketing Management, as well as an MBA in Strategic Management from Wilfrid Laurier University and a B.Comm in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University.
