Chris Abildgaard

Chris Abildgaard, Ed.D, serves as an Adjunct Professor at both the University of St. Joseph and the University of Hartford, employing diverse teaching strategies to cater to a varied student population. As the Director and Owner of the Social Learning Center, LLC, Chris oversees operations while also holding a position as School Psychologist at Benhaven Academy, where responsibilities include psychoeducational testing and counseling. Previous experience includes roles as an Autism Consultant at Benhaven, Inc. and Connecticut Behavioral Health, LLC, and as Director at Full Spectrum Therapeutics. Chris holds a Doctor of Education in School Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and additional degrees in School Psychology and Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University and Wheaton College Massachusetts, respectively.
