Ryan Bye

Ryan Bye currently serves as the Director of Student Involvement and New Student Programs at Valparaiso University, overseeing the Center for Student Involvement, which supports over 100 student organizations and over 3000 students. With a robust background in university operations, Ryan has held various roles at Valparaiso University, including Associate Director of Operations for the Harre Union and Assistant Director of Student Activities. Previous experience includes positions at Texas Tech University as a Graduate Hall Coordinator and at California State University, Sacramento as an Assistant Conference Coordinator, among others. Ryan holds a Master of Education in Higher Education from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Northern Arizona University.
