Didier Vrancken

Didier Vrancken is a distinguished academic at the Université de Liège, serving as a Professeur d'Université and Vice-Recteur, with a tenure that began in 1997. Vrancken held the position of Vice-Recteur Honoraire from 2016 to 2018, focusing on citizenship, institutional relations, and international affairs. Notable leadership roles include President d'Honneur of the AISLF, a member of the board of the Pôle Académique Liège-Luxembourg, and Director and founder of the Maison des Sciences de l’Homme. Additionally, Vrancken has been a key figure as Director and President of the Centre de Recherche et d’Intervention Sociologiques.
