Amy Noble McIps

Amy Noble MCIPS currently serves as the Director of Procurement at the University of Liverpool since September 2023. Prior to this role, Amy held various procurement leadership positions, including Associate Director of Procurement at Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust and Head of Procurement & Supply Chain at both Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Amy's career in procurement began at North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust as a Senior Procurement Officer, following experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Revcot Ltd in management roles. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from The University of Liverpool and attained the MCIPS qualification from CIPS Chamber Business Training.
