Paras Naik

Paras Naik is an experienced senior researcher currently at the University of Liverpool since February 2023, with a longstanding affiliation as an honorary senior research associate at the University of Bristol since December 2007. At the University of Bristol, responsibilities include working on LHCb's RICH mirrors and panels' software alignment procedures, as well as research focused on searching for new physics beyond the Standard Model, particularly through studies of quark flavor. Previous roles include serving as a research associate at Carleton University, where Paras Naik organized inter-experiment meetings related to CKM phase measurements. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Elementary Particle Physics and a Master's Degree in Physics Education Research, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics from the same institution.
