Siva Bactavatchalou

Siva Bactavatchalou serves as the Head of the Entrepreneurship Programme at the University of Luxembourg since March 2015, focusing on the development of qualitative courses to enhance students' employability through entrepreneurial skillsets and managing the Incubator building for startup incubation. Additionally, Siva has led the Career Centre, supporting over 6,000 students and more than 1,000 companies by implementing strategies for improved employment outcomes and providing personalized coaching services. Previously, Siva has contributed to various projects including HuMiX and microGUT, which innovate drug testing methodologies, and has held roles in communication infrastructure and automation engineering at multiple organizations. Siva's academic background includes advanced studies in entrepreneurship, engineering, and business from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and the University of Oxford.
