Estelle Johnson

Estelle Johnson is an accomplished professional soccer player and leadership coach with extensive experience in both athletics and business. Currently serving as the leadership coach for the Maryland Women’s Soccer Team since March 2022, Johnson integrates mental performance skills into athlete development. With a professional soccer career spanning over a decade, Johnson has played for teams including NJ/NY Gotham FC and Washington Spirit while participating in numerous community engagement activities and serving as a media spokesperson. Previous roles include a personal banker at Wells Fargo and project information manager at MySmartPlans, showcasing a strong foundation in customer service and project management. Johnson holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Avila University and has completed leadership coaching certifications.
