Joan Huai

Joan Huai is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in program assistance and human resources. Currently serving as an Administrative Coordinator at the University of Maryland since December 2023, Joan previously held the position of Senior Program Assistant at Social Impact from July 2021 to September 2023. Prior roles include a Human Resources Intern at BridgeBurma and a Nonprofit Development Intern at Good360, as well as Tenant Organizing Intern at the Latino Economic Development Center. Joan also gained experience as an Office Assistant and Summer Operations Lead during time at Georgetown University. Educationally, Joan holds a Bachelor of Science in Culture and Politics from Georgetown University, complemented by a brief academic stint at the National University of Singapore.
