Joselito Lualhati

Joselito (Joe) Lualhati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of psychology and education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland since January 2024, Lualhati holds the position of Chief Psychometrician at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) since April 2022. Previously, Lualhati was the President and Chief Innovation Officer at Global Skills X-Change (GSX) from June 2003 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leadership in strategy, research, and development. Early career roles included consulting at SkillsNET Corporation, serving as Senior Technical Director at the National Skill Standards Board, and working as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist at Lucent Technologies. Lualhati began professional background at IBM in selection and measurement.
