Shirin Nour

Shirin Nour is a PhD candidate in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Melbourne, expected to complete studies in November 2025. Prior academic experiences include serving as an academic tutor and a student representative for the Australian Society for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering. Shirin holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Tissue Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic, where roles included research assistant and laboratory coordinator at the Tissue Engineering Laboratory. Shirin also completed a summer internship at Sasan Hospital while maintaining research assistant responsibilities at Iran University of Medical Sciences.
