Michael Murphy

Michael Murphy has extensive experience in the field of digital filmmaking and theatre. Since 1997, Michael has served as the Head of Graduate Digital Filmmaking at The University of Montana. Additionally, Michael held the position of Board Member for Humanities Montana from 2003 to 2007. Michael obtained a Master of Fine Arts degree in Directing for Theatre from the University of Montana between 1992 and 1995, and earlier earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drama with a focus on Professional Acting from Southern Methodist University from 1971 to 1975.
