Prof. Dr. Job Shipululo Amupanda

Prof. Dr. Job Shipululo Amupanda is an accomplished academic and politician, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Namibia since July 2013, with roles including Senior Lecturer, Deputy Dean, Quality Assurance Coordinator, and Lecturer. In addition to academic responsibilities, Job Shipululo Amupanda held the position of Mayor of Windhoek from December 2020 to December 2021. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Studies from the University of Namibia, a Master's Degree in Political Science, and a BA (Honours) in Political Science from Stellenbosch University, alongside a BA (Honours) in History from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies and History from the University of Namibia.
