Dennis Perkey

Dennis Perkey serves as the Associate Professor of Practice and Director of the Athletic Training Program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since August 2015. Concurrently, Dennis has been the Lead Doping Control Officer for the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) since September 2004. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Professor and Clinical Education Coordinator at Arkansas State University from August 2003 to August 2015, and Head Athletic Trainer at Williams Baptist University from August 2001 to August 2003. Dennis also worked as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Arkansas State University and as an Athletic Trainer at Mississippi Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and a Master's degree in Social Psychology of Sport, both from Arkansas State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Science.
