Culinary Dietitian at University of Nebraska

Julian Franklin, M.S., RD is a Culinary Dietitian at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since March 2023. Previously served as a Performance Dietitian at the University of South Carolina from September 2020 to March 2023. Experience includes a dietetic internship at Wellness Workdays from July 2019 to June 2020, and a role as Front of the House Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company from June 2018 to June 2019, overseeing operations at The University of Alabama's new training table café. Julian also functioned as a Performance Chef and Graduate Assistant at the University of Alabama from August 2017 to June 2019 and worked as a Line Cook at One Off Hospitality Group in 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Human Environmental Sciences in Nutrition Sciences from The University of Alabama (2018-2020), a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition, and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University (2013-2017). Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Nutrition at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
