Rachel Lukowski Voet MS, RD, LD, LMNT is a seasoned nutrition professional currently serving as a Nutrition and Allergen Specialist at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where the focus is on supporting student-athletes with food allergies and overseeing meal planning software. Previous positions include Director of Sports Nutrition for Football at Iowa State University, where responsibilities encompassed fueling coordination and nutritional planning, and various roles at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, providing comprehensive nutrition education and counseling to student-athletes. Rachel also has experience as a Clinical Dietitian and Group Fitness Instructor, along with multiple internships in diverse settings, including Veterans Hospital and Bryan Health. Rachel holds both BS and MS degrees in Diet and Exercise from Iowa State University and is a Registered Dietitian.
