Bryan Santamore

Bryan Santamore possesses extensive experience in academic and IT technology management. Currently, Bryan serves as the Director of Academic Technology and Director of User Services at the University of New England since August 2018. Prior to this, Bryan held various positions at GreenPages Technology Solutions from February 2015 to March 2018, including Managed Services Help Desk Supervisor and Technical Operations Manager. Bryan's earlier roles include ITIL Problem Manager at Merrill Lynch and Incident Manager/Technical Assistance Center Lead within the Marine Corps Enterprise Information Technology Services, where Bryan also served as Incident Manager and Service Desk Technician. Bryan's career in the United States Marine Corps spanned from November 2000 to April 2013, culminating in the role of Information Systems Chief. Bryan holds an Associate in Applied Science degree from York County Community College, earned in 2016.
